📌 Before ordering, please read these very important rules:

1️⃣ This is not a full character design from scratch — I draw my version of your idea.

2️⃣ Be clear: the more details you give me, the better the result.

3️⃣ 2 revisions included during the preliminary stage in any of the three styles.

4️⃣ Everything must be SFW (Safe For Work).

5️⃣ I start working only after payment is received.

6️⃣ Paying does not make you my boss 😉

 

1. What do I need to get started?

Character description: The more details you provide, the better the final result will be.
 

2. Upfront payment

This ensures I can dedicate my full attention to your commission and meet the promised deadlines. (I accept PayPal).
 

3. Payment & cancellation policy

No refunds or cancellations are accepted, so please be sure before purchasing. If payment is not made within 48 hours, the request will be canceled. Don’t worry — you can always make a new request when you’re ready.
 

4. Delivery time

Once payment is made, I will assign you an estimated delivery date, depending on the number of orders in the queue. The illustration usually takes between 1 and 3 days, depending on the style, size, and complexity of the character you requested. To meet these deadlines, it’s essential that you respond promptly to any requests for corrections and approvals. Additionally, the order in which requests are received also affects the timeline. And sometimes, it might even be ready ahead of schedule!

5. Creation process

  • Initial sketch: You’ll receive it for review. You can request up to 2 free adjustments at this stage if needed.
    Any extra changes at this stage will cost an additional 50% of the commission price.

  • Preliminary art delivery: Before the final art, you can request 1 additional free adjustment at this stage.
    Any extra changes at this stage will cost an additional 50% of the commission price.

  • Final art delivery: Congratulations! You now have the exclusive art of your character.
    Any additional changes at this stage to certain details will cost an additional 50% of the commission price.
    The cost of any extra adjustments must be paid in advance.
     

6. Revision limits

I reserve the right to decline excessive correction requests.
 

7. Right to refuse commissions

I may decline commissions that I consider inappropriate or uncomfortable.
 

8. Illustration usage

  • Personal use: The artwork is for personal use only, not for commercial purposes. I retain all rights to the work.

  • Commercial use: If you need commercial rights for the illustration, please let me know beforehand so we can agree on a new price and terms.
     

9. Delivery

The final illustration will be sent via email.
 

What I draw: ✔️ OCs (original characters), fan art (movies, comics, video games, anime, cartoons), and chibis.
What I don’t draw: ❌ Backgrounds only, realistic portraits, offensive content, extreme NSFW, or gore.
 

Important: By making the payment, you automatically agree to these terms.
